No one explains that better than my friend Bob Tiede. He’s been teaching leaders to ask better questions for more than a dozen years, through several books and the best blog on leading with questions.

One thing to love about his blog is that he doesn’t believe that he needs to be the only voice. He has curated other expert voices on the power of leading with questions with hundreds of guest posts.

Bob has compiled the best of those posts into a new book, “Success Unlocked: The Transformative Power of Questions.” The 39 articles are written by Bob and people like J.W. Marriott Jr., Mark Miller, and many more.

As he always does when he publishes a new book, Bob thoughtfully sent me a copy. And, as always, I’m looking forward to reading it.
